I first burned with my hands with a computer system based on my hands with Surface Pro X back in 2019. It was a fantastic piece of hardware, but at the same time it was incredibly expensive. Subsequent distress of app with emulation and compatibleness soon ruined my attraction. A year later, MacBook Air M1 tried to move to his hand and scored it.

Since then, I have used iterations of M2 and M3 as my personal work horse and I loved a pure computer reliability I can offer. I didn’t think Windows Machine would ever capture MacBooks a new age, and certainly not with Windows platform to ARM.
I was wrong.
With the arrival of Qualcomm’s processor Snapdragon X series Armed Oryon core, the ecosystem found itself at the height of the second big shift. This time it’s not just a blind race led. The application situation is a lot of apps, which means that Windows on your hand will not leave you hanging before even jumping into your work.
However, a bigger surprise was the quick adoption of these Qualcomm processors by almost every player outside. No brand was able to achieve finesse and lap-laptop laptop based on the hands like Dell XPS 13. But this machine is not just a viewer. He offered enough substance that I never missed my reliable MacBook Air again. The Dell XPS 13 will also save you $ 100 in comparison with the comparable airbook air configuration, so this is already perk in your cat.

Looks like Mac was ashamed
Every year I live from a suitcase 8-10 months, living what would be called permanent “development”, divided into cafes with terrible Wi-Fi and hostels with damn unpleasant work rooms. For me, it’s a laptop that is a thin and easy prerequisite, and only after I take care of this convenience, do I dig in silicone and memory details. On that front, Dell XPS 13 beats MacBook Air.

The Dell Laptop has a smaller mark than its Apple rival, and also harder less. Although the difference is huge in any parameter, the Dell device feels more polish. The XPS 13 encompasses an aluminum chassis with CNC that feels fantastic to touch and makes the incredible job of holding dirt and stain on the bay.
This does not achieve anything better than MacBook Air, offering only a couple of USB-C ports, but Dell Laptop puts one on both sides, which is definitely a summary decision. The frantic glass path with haptic feedback is smooth and sensitive, while the keyboard offers a nice trip with clicking feedback.
But it is pure aesthetics of an invisible trackpad -ai exhausted deck of a keyboard with designs without gaps that really separates XPS 13. In addition, a line of capacitive function on top gives it a futuristic look you won’t find elsewhere. MacBook Air is not bad, but it’s everywhere. I never had people who complicated my laptop except the XPS 13 plus. Only this arrest is personally testifying.

Working horse battery defying expectations
I am not a fan of Macosi I would take a “domestic” computer experience (read: versatility and toys of chops) Windows laptops any day through Mac. That was said, Macos is not terrible. It is surprisingly fluid, but it is really a fantastic life span of Apple’s laptops that puts them in your league. Windows machines persecute this elusive battery efficiency, but so far they have not been able to achieve it. Dell XPS 13 manages to draw it without giving tangible compromises.

I regularly received all day of use – which in my case included sinking into a working time zone worth a job – from Dell XPS 13. In the first few weeks I carried a charger on me, but never had to take it out. Soon I stopped understanding and started carrying only a laptop on my preferred workplaces without any anxiety.
On my latest working dash, the battery duration of three hours fell by 16%. I had brightness levels close to 70 percent, had two chrome windows with over a dozen cards on each of them, teams, Slack -ui Spotify running in the background. These are incredibly good figures compared to Ultrabooki with Windows and AMD I have tried in recent years.

I didn’t even achieve such a figure on my M2 or M3 MacBook Air. To confirm the effectiveness of the battery, I started a durability test that includes a continuous video playing, and the Dell XPS 13 managed to surpass his Apple rival for about three hours.
Plenty of fiery power that sets doubts to rest
Qualcomm packed an abundance of fire forces on Silicia Snapdragon X elite. If you are well versed in the background of the traditional ultrabooc, you are a pleasant surprise with this. My work load on the web and productivity often enters the area of video editing and short form. So far, my attempt with Davinci Resolve and Adobe Suite has been smooth.

The multi-core effect of the Snapdragon X elite silicon within the Dell XPS 13 is better than the M3 MacBook Air. It was also approximately 30% faster when translating 4K videos in a hand brake. Interestingly, the SSDs are installed inside the smooth dell laptop faster than the unit parked in my MacBook Air. But the synthetic benchmark only speaks half the picture.
Where Dell XPS 13 really passed by MacBook Air was a fantastic heat management and heat burden. The M3 MacBook often warms up on the underside, and under my usual work load I often run into a display with a infamous wheel that hurt me in brain cells. The Dell XPS 13 not only worked colder, but it did not interfere with my course of work with random windows and not reacting windows.

Such fluidity and trust is what is most important to me, and on that front, the Dell XPS 13 has appeared comfortably as a rewarding choice. The only app that brought the Dell machine to her knees was chrome, unexpectedly, but gave less problems with Dell Laptop of MacBook Air.
Argument of solid value
Unlike Apple’s approach to MacBook Air, Dell does not serve silicon for watering if you go to the lower part. On the XPS 13 you get a version of X1E-80-100 Snapdragon X elite, which goes to a 3.8 GHz reinforcement frequency and provides 3.8 TFLOP graphic performance. No matter what memory or screen configuration you choose, the processor remains constant. For a $ 1,200 price requested, you get 16GB of RAM and 512 GB storage, without any nervous silicon on the front level models. You spend $ 1,300 with Apple to get a proper memory configuration. Going any lower, and Apple reduces you to the M3 version with an 8-core GPU instead of a 10-core GPU lining.

This is all too important to question about your preferred work ecosystem. The ecosystem of the application of Narona’s hands has grown, and for applications you cannot find a native construction, the emulation layer will not leave you to shed tears. Things do things for windows on the arm, and like Adobe, they make solid progress to cover everything that has been discovered.
MacBooks, on the other hand, offer the comfort of a firmly integrated cross-platform ecosystem that is difficult to escape. As for the games, neither MacBook Air, nor Dell XPS 13 are not quite ready for it, despite what the ecosystem players have to say. But if I made a safer choice, the one that would open the door for at least casual games or older titles, Windows is where I would park my wagon of trust.
